Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
A: All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: When checking out, you will be given the option to pay by bank issued credit/debit card or PayPal.
- We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction.
Q: WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY LIST AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
A: Please email email@example.com immediately with “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS” as the subject. In the body of your email, please include your name and your “Order Number”
Q: WHEN A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK HOW SOON WILL YOU RESTOCK?
A: We are constantly updating the store, and items in this store tend to sell our quickly. Follow our Instagram @sportdrip for new drops and restocks.
Q: WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELED?
A: When your order has been canceled you'll receive an email specifying the reason. Your transaction will be removed within 30 days after it first appeared.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT?
A: With cases of fraud, we always disable the account that was used to place the order, to prevent any sort of similar situations from happening again. Please follow up with your bank and customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for any details that may have been missed.
Q: I WANT SOMETHING ON THE SITE, BUT YOU DONT HAVE MY SIZE! DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
A: We do not do custom orders of any kind. We try our best to accommodate all of our customers sizing needs, however, sizing selection is up to the company. Whatever sizes we have available are up for sale.
Q: ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS?
A: When your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number to follow your order as it is on its way.
Q: I NEED TO ADJUST MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO SO?
A: If you would like to adjust/cancel your order, and place a new one for the correct quantities and items please contact us as soon as possible.
Q: I PLACED A PREORDER ITEM, WHERE DO I FIND MORE INFORMATION?
A: For specific information on when a pre-ordered item will ship please refer to the item description or contact us via email at email@example.com
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Unfortunately at this time we only ship to the United States and Canada.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
A: Shipping cost are calculated during checkout. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART?
A: Sizing charts are located on specific and necessary products.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A: We have a NO RETURN policy on all items. Please check the sizing guide to make sure your order is the right fit. We do not offer refunds at this time.
Q: MY ORDER IS INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
A: If you've received:
- An incorrect size or item
- An order with a missing item
- A damaged item
- The incorrect order altogether

Q: HOW TO I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?
A: To view your order history, just log in! You’ll need your username and password to complete the login process.
Q: HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS AND ADDRESS?
A: You can change your address, phone number, password, etc. To do this you would need to log in with your username and password. Once you have logged you will be able to change your password, shipping address and billing address by clicking on " View Addresses" then clicking "Edit". You may also add a new address to your account.
Q: HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
A: Click on "Create Account" on the top left menu tab. You will need a valid email address and create a password.
